Managing Invoices & Payments
View invoice history, update payment methods, and understand failed payment retries via Paddle.
All billing history and PDF invoices are available from your account settings.
Finding your invoices
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. All past invoices are listed with their date, amount, payment status, and a download button.
Downloading a PDF invoice
Click the Download icon next to any invoice to download a PDF. The invoice includes your company name, address (if entered in Settings → Billing → Billing Details), plan description, and tax breakdown.
Adding a PO number
For enterprise customers who need a Purchase Order number on invoices, contact billing@forezynplan.com. We'll update your billing profile so all future invoices include the PO number.
VAT / GST
If you're in a VAT-applicable jurisdiction and have a VAT number, enter it in Settings → Billing → Billing Details. ForezynPlan will apply the reverse-charge or zero-rate accordingly and include it on the invoice.
Billing address
Update your billing name and address in Settings → Billing → Billing Details. Changes apply to future invoices only — past invoices cannot be reissued with a different address.
