Upgrading or Downgrading
Change your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated and your data is always preserved.
ForezynPlan offers four tiers — Free, Startup, Business, and Professional. You can change your plan at any time from your billing settings.
Plan tiers
Free: core planning with limited features, single user, no actuals import. Startup: full planning features, integrations, basic reporting. Business: team collaboration, advanced reporting, custom dashboards, full actuals import. Professional: unlimited plans, priority support, volume discounts, all integrations.
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period.
Downgrading
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Select a lower plan. The downgrade is scheduled and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. A background job (CheckDowngradeRequests) processes scheduled downgrades automatically. You retain full access until then.
Switching to annual billing
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan and toggle 'Annual'. You'll save on the annual rate compared to monthly billing. The switch takes effect at your next renewal date.
Downgrade limitations
If downgrading would put you over the new plan's seat limits or feature restrictions, ForezynPlan will warn you before confirming. You may need to remove team members or archive models before the downgrade completes.
