ForezynPlan lets you export any report as a professionally formatted Excel workbook, PDF, or directly to Google Sheets.

Exporting from a report

Open the report you want to export (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.). Click the 'Export' button in the top-right of the report view.

Excel export

Exports the full report as a .xlsx workbook with one tab per report section. Data is formatted with totals, percentages, and period headers. You can edit it freely after download.

PDF export

Choose which sections to include (e.g. P&L only, or full report pack with all reports). Optionally add your company logo (upload in Settings → Branding). The PDF uses professional table formatting suitable for board packs.

Google Sheets export

Click Export → Google Sheets. You'll be prompted to authorise ForezynPlan to create files in your Drive. A new Google Sheets file is created in your Drive root with the exported data.

Exporting the full model

To export all components and assumptions (not just a report), go to Model → Export → Full Model (Excel). This exports the raw model data in a structured workbook.

Troubleshooting export failures

If an export fails, check that your browser allows downloads from ForezynPlan. Some organisations block file downloads via browser policy. Try in an incognito window or a different browser. For large models, allow up to 30 seconds for the export to generate.
