Sharing Plans Externally
Share plans with investors and advisors without requiring them to create an account.
Share a read-only view of your financial model with anyone — no ForezynPlan account required. ForezynPlan uses anonymous access tokens to provide secure, controlled external visibility.
Generating a public link
Open the model you want to share. Click the Share icon in the toolbar. Click 'Create Public Link'. Give the link a title (e.g. 'Board pack — Q2 2026') and confirm. An anonymous token is generated and embedded in the URL.
How public links work
Each link is backed by an anonymous access token in the Forezynplan.Access layer. The token is resolved when someone visits the link — they get ReadOnly access to the plan without needing an account. Tokens can be listed, created, and deleted from the plan sharing settings.
Link options
Title: name the link for easy management. Expiry: set an optional expiry date. Scope: choose which scenarios the link shows.
What viewers can see
Read-only access to all reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Charts). They cannot see underlying assumptions or model rows — only report outputs. They cannot edit anything.
Managing links
Go to Model → Share → Manage Links to see all active public links. You can delete any link at any time — the anonymous token is invalidated immediately and the link stops working.
For accountants and auditors
For deeper access, invite them as a PlanGuest team member instead. PlanGuests get ReadOnly access scoped to specific plans and can view the full model editor in read-only mode.
